Red Enchiladas (Enchiladas Rojas) is a traditional dish made of tortillas dipped in a red chili sauce, filled with a filling of choice, rolled, and then served with different toppings (thinly sliced lettuce, chopped tomatoes, crema, salsa, avocado, and/or finely chopped onions).
